Red Chair Men’s Retreat

This one‑day executive retreat is designed exclusively for men who carry significant responsibility.

CEOs, senior leaders, and business owners who are ready to step out of the daily demands of leadership and take an unfiltered, meaningful look at themselves: as leaders, as decision‑makers, and as men.

This isn’t another boardroom seminar or predictable leadership workshop.

This is a deliberate pause.

A day focused entirely on YOU.

A chance to examine how you show up, what drives you, and how your choices, habits, and presence are accelerating your success or quietly limiting your results. All without the noise, interruptions, or expectations that follow you in everyday life.

Working in a select group of only 6–8 high‑performing men, you will take part in guided self‑reflection drills, honest conversations, and an impactful coaching‑with‑horses experience.

Not spreadsheets or quarterly financial results or dashboards. Those are important. But they are not enough.

Shannon Leppky - Founder, Lead Coach & Lead Mare

Shannon is an executive leadership coach, team facilitator, and former corporate executive who has spent over 20 years leading the human side of large-scale change.

As Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President of Product for a major Crown Corporation, she was in the CEO’s inner circle, shaping people and culture strategy for multiple multimillion‑dollar business transformation programs and sponsoring a corporate-wide culture shift that delivered rapid, measurable results.

Guided by a gut-level conviction to step off the CEO succession path, she was drawn to work with horses as coaches. She developed Red Chair Ranch—a place where senior leaders and professionals step away from the noise to do serious work on themselves and their teams.

There, she partners with horses as co‑coaches, integrating her deep corporate experience with equine‑facilitated learning to help leaders build trust, lead themselves more intentionally, and unlock the performance of the teams they depend on.
