Red Chair Ranch is a tranquil place where individuals and groups relax, think, feel, and get clear about things.
It's a peaceful and welcoming environment where horses are coaches, recognized as intelligent and wise beings.
The herd works with you without judgement, urging you to see your true self.
Your response can transform you, your team, and your influence.
How do Horses Coach Humans?
Horses are prey animals.
This requires them to be aware of what and who is around them all of the time. They live in their bodies 24/7 and have a keen ability to sense the energy around them. It is said that they can feel a fly landing on their back.
The energy they sense tells them if they are safe to graze, or if they need to fight, flight or freeze. They have a lot to teach those of us who are stuck in our heads about accessing the information available to us that we often ignore or are simply unaware of.
Through different processes that I learned in my Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching certification, and through my continuous journey with the herd, we are able to offer individuals and teams with unique and powerful experiences, that if open to it, result in significant shifts in feeling and thought.
Can all horses do this work?
The simple answer is no.
At Red Chair Ranch, we are blessed with a herd that knows this work and continues to get better and better at it.
The Power of Nature
What if you or your team could be more creative when developing strategy or solving problems?
Scientists believe the state of “soft fascination” that we experience when appreciating nature, is believed to calm the prefrontal cortex, allowing the brain to access other regions that can lead to insights and new ideas.
The Ranch offers a special experience for individuals and teams to access parts of themselves and their creativity that can lead to greater understanding, breakthroughs and clarity unlike a training room or Boardroom.
As you consider spending time in your Red Chair,
virtually or at Red Chair Ranch,
on your own, or with your team,
I encourage you to ask yourself this.
If I chose to step into courageous curiosity what might be possible?
