Who You Are Matters:
A Woman’s Guide to Making Brave Decisions
Corporate Book Launch Sessions
90‑minute interactive sessions to support, ground, and inspire your female leaders
In this 90-minute session designed specifically for women in roles of influence, Shannon Leppky, author of Who You Are Matters: A Woman’s Guide to Making Brave Decisions and founder of Red Chair Coaching, draws on her journey from the C‑suite to Red Chair Ranch to open up a different kind of leadership conversation.
She invites your leaders to pause the constant solving and delivering and sit with a transformative question: “Why do I matter?”
Through honest storytelling, executive-level insight, and guided reflection, participants step out of autopilot and begin to reconnect with who they are beneath their role and responsibilities.
The Red Chair experience becomes a shared language and anchor point your women leaders can bring back to their teams, supporting clearer self‑leadership, more authentic influence, and a grounded, sustainable way of leading. Following the session, women will work through the book, gaining greater insight into themselves and why it is that who they are matters.
Attendees will leave with:
A simple Red Chair practice they can return to when they need to pause, reset, and lead from a more grounded place.
Greater clarity about why they matter as leaders, colleagues, and humans.
Inspiration and fresh insight into how their values, stories, and strengths shape the way they influence others and make decisions.
A copy of the book to further their exploration.
This session is ideal for:
