This one-day retreat is for men who are CEOs, senior executives, and business owners who are ready to step out of the daily grind and take a hard, honest look at themselves as leaders and as men. It is a day to examine how you show up, what drives you, and the impact you are really having, without the daily noise and expectations.

In a small group of 6–8 men, you will explore who you are as a leader.

How you show up.

What truly drives you.

How present and intentional you are in your decisions and relationships.

Through guided reflection, honest conversation, and a powerful coaching with horses session, you will explore:

  • How you are currently leading and engaging others - as a leader, partner, father, friend, and human.

  • Your purpose and the impact that matters most to you at this stage of your life.

  • How intentional, grounded, and present you are in your day-to-day decisions and relationships.

  • Where you may need clearer boundaries, deeper courage, or more space to simply be yourself.

You will be among peers who understand the weight of responsibility and the isolation that can come with senior leadership.

No titles, no posturing, just men doing their inner work together.

Through the small group size and the energy of the Ranch, we will quickly form a circle of trust.

By the end of the day, you can expect to leave with:

Greater clarity about who you are as a leader and what you want your leadership to stand for.

Renewed sense of purpose.

Practical insight into how to lead from a more grounded, aligned place, carrying with you the quiet, grounding experience of the horses and the land.

Before you arrive:

You will complete the pre-work which will ask you to reflect on yourself and identify your focus for the day.

Like coaching, coaching with horses is about you and your agenda. The process throughout the day invites you to explore what is important to you, while sharing your story and learning from others.

We will begin in our Red Chair circle, sharing a bit about yourself and what you want you are bringing to the day. You will meet the herd and have the opportunity in the afternoon to spend some time with your horse and Shannon. We will complete the day with time for you to identify what will be different for you as a leader and human being as a result of the day.

It is a day unlike any other professional or personal development experience you have likely had and a day you will likely never forget.

Please note: individuals are required to sign waivers prior to any Red Chair Ranch experience. All Red Chair Ranch experiences are non-riding.

Lunch, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are provided.
