You may be facing a transition or are in the middle of one, and need some clarity to navigate through it.

You may be tired and need a day to ‘just be’.

As you arrive at Red Chair Ranch, you will find yourself in a relaxed setting where you will experience the beauty of nature and the healing that can come from being in the presence of horse energy.

You will learn about how horses are excellent coaches about boundaries, presence, congruence and emotional awareness. It is quite likely that one of these will be relevant to you.

Because of your curiosity and your presence during the day, you will leave with greater clarity, courage, confidence and peace.

This small group Retreat is capped at 6 people. A circle of trust forms quickly, providing us with a beautiful space to explore and be ourselves.

It can be booked for a team, a group of colleagues or friends, or you can register individually and see with whom you are meant to share this experience.

What Happens During a Reflect & Renew Retreat?

You will complete the pre-work which will help you set your intention for the day. It may be something personal. It may be work-related. Or a bit of both.

Like coaching, coaching with horses is about you and your agenda. The process throughout the day invites you to explore what is important to you, while sharing your story and learning from others.

Your day begins in your Red Chair, sharing a bit about yourself and what you want to explore. You will meet the herd and have the opportunity in the afternoon to spend some time with your horse and Shannon. As you receive from both the horse and human coaches, and the individuals with whom you are spending the day, you are given the gift of a neutral, open space, inviting you to release and embrace, so you can move forward with greater ease.

It is a day unlike any other professional or personal development experience you have likely had.

It is a day you will likely never forget.

Individuals are required to sign waivers prior to any Red Chair Ranch experience. All Red Chair Ranch experiences are non-riding.

Water & snacks are provided. Individuals will bring their lunch to eat under the trees.
